Job Description
Cortechs.ai is actively recruiting for a Clinical Applications Specialist for the US. Currently, this role can be based anywhere within the US, specifically in the Southeast.
Responsibilities:
- Translating education, demonstration, installation, and technical training into outstanding customer experience and successful sales of all CTX products in the Cortechs portfolio.
- Developing creative strategies with the commercial and product management team for all existing and potential accounts within the US or abroad.
- Focusing on delivering outstanding demos to customers & OEMs remotely and in person when needed.
- Being the point person to lead communication on installations and implementations of CTX accounts.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with all contacts at qualified accounts through customer visits, letters, phone calls, LI messages, attendance at symposiums, etc.
- Working closely with the commercial team in preparing necessary documents for RFQs, RFP (including quotes, letters, answering technical questions, etc.).
- Developing a regular pattern of contacting customers in communication with the commercial leadership team, while staying knowledgeable regarding the status of each account, OEM, and market.
- Leveraging existing client relationships to effectively influence other accounts and promoting upsell opportunities.
- Sharing account information with colleagues within the US and abroad to stimulate team selling.
- Maintaining a high degree of knowledge through continuous self-training and external training.
- Maintaining a professional and innovative image of Cortechs.ai with customers, competitors, and colleagues.
- Monitoring own costs and proposing potential savings.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of MRI experience, either as an MR Technologist or MR Physicist.
- ARRT registered in MRI.
- Willingness and desire to travel 25%+ (up to 50%).
- Documented success as a top-tier clinical team member.
- Experience programming and optimizing MRI acquisition protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions.
- Previous experience communicating with Radiologists, PHDs, Neuroradiologists, Neurologists and knowledge of hospital hierarchy and sales cycles.
- Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with senior leaders.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High comfort level with software and technology, in general.
Preferred Experience:
- BA/BS preferred.
- Experience with MR applications, either in the OEM or SaaS space.
