Your Role as a Service Advisor
You will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team by:
- Guiding customers through the service process from check-in to delivery
- Actively listening to customer concerns and accurately identifying service needs
- Clearly communicating repair recommendations and timelines
- Preparing estimates and selling recommended maintenance and repair services
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have prior service writing experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Are customer-focused, professional, and results-driven
- Can multitask in a high-volume service department
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are dependable, organized, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
