Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and check in/out every patient
Manage and optimize dental hygiene schedules
Review treatment plans and help patients understand their care
Handle financial arrangements and collections
Answer phones and support front office communication
Verify and reconcile dental insurance
Manage incoming leads to support practice growth
Assist with social media engagement

Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
