Precision Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and versatile Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient service by assisting physicians and healthcare professionals in the examination and treatment of patients.
  • Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Perform basic X-Ray procedures under the supervision of licensed radiology technologists.
  • Assist with patient inhalation treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Apply knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately perform medical procedures.
  • Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coding medical procedures.
  • Assist with basic life support measures in emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a hospital setting to ensure quality patient care.


Skills:

  • Excellent patient service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with both patients and staff
  • Proficient in taking accurate vital signs and documenting appropriately
  • Medication administration techniques and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with basic x-ray procedures and equipment operation
  • Understanding human physiology to perform medical procedures accurately and safely.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:30AM-3:00PM

Medical Specialty:

  • Urology

Requirements:


  • EMR systems, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus.


License/Certification:

  • EMA/EHR certification (Preferred)
  • CPR/BLS (Preferred)
