We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machine Operator to ensure precise machining operations with tolerance levels of +/- 10k on an inch. The operator will perform bench inspections, including CMM operation, and utilize various gauges such as air, dial bores, OD Mics, and Indicators. The cycle times range from 5 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the complexity of the part.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines with high precision and accuracy.
- Perform bench inspections, including CMM operation.
- Utilize various gauges such as air, dial bores, OD Mics, and Indicators.
- Adhere to quality and blueprint standards during machine operation.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in CNC machine operation and CNC milling.
- Ability to maintain high-quality standards and adhere to blueprints.
- Experience with bench inspection tools including CMM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must have own tools and tool box.
- Experience in mill machining.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
