We are currently recruiting for Medical assistant roles, supporting patient care and daily medical operations.
Open Positions
1. Medical Assistant / Surgical Technician
This role supports physicians and clinical staff with in-office procedures and surgical preparation.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with minor surgical procedures and patient preparation
- Preparing exam rooms, instruments, and supplies
- Ensuring sterile technique and infection control standards
- Supporting providers during procedures and post-op care
- Updating patient charts and electronic medical records
- Maintaining compliance with medical protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant or Surgical Technician training/certification preferred
- Previous experience assisting in a clinical or surgical setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
2. Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist
This role focuses on specimen collection and routine clinical support.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing blood draws via venipuncture and fingerstick
- Properly labeling, processing, and preparing specimens for lab analysis
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Following safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures
- Communicating with clinical staff regarding test orders and results
Qualifications:
- Certified Phlebotomist (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy or clinical experience preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
General Requirements for Both Roles
- High school diploma or GED required
- Professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
