Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Director&nbsp;to become a&nbsp;part of our team!&nbsp;You will&nbsp;coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee medical and health service&nbsp;activities and&nbsp;personnel&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan and&nbsp;coordinate health&nbsp;services</li>
<li>Work&nbsp;collaboratively with physicians&nbsp;to implement appropriate healthcare&nbsp;programs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety</li>
<li>Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Medicaid/Medicare Provider </li>
<li>Board certification with&nbsp;the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.</li>
<li>Licensed physician board certified in internal or family medicine.</li>
<li> Must also be board certified in addiction medicine (ABAM or ASAM) or have significant addiction medicine experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years in the field</li>
<li>Previous experience in healthcare&nbsp;or other medical fields</li>
<li>Experience in a managerial role</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
