Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auto Warranty Cancellations Clerk to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for processing warranty cancellations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CDK Dealer Management System (DMS) and a solid background in dealership billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty cancellations in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with warranty companies, lenders, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of all cancellation transactions
- Reconcile warranty receivables and ensure proper posting in CDK
- Assist with general billing tasks and support the accounting department as needed
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements
- Provide excellent customer service when handling cancellation-related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership accounting or billing role
- Proficiency in CDK DMS is required
- Strong understanding of dealership warranty and billing processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
