We are a property management and development company, and we’re looking for a dynamic professional to be a part of our team. This role offers a unique blend of leadership, operations oversight, and executive support, with some travel required between properties throughout the state of Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee asset and property management operations across multiple locations.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including reporting, scheduling, and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with property management policies, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for properties.
- Support leasing and occupancy efforts by analyzing market trends and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to enhance property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Travel to properties as needed to support on-site management, resolve operational challenges, and ensure efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and on-site teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of company objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
· Strong background in property management, asset management, or regional management.
· Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of leasing, property maintenance, and financial reporting.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
· Willingness to travel as needed to various properties.
Bilingual a plus!
