Job Description We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Team Lead to join our team. As the Security Team Lead, you will oversee all security officers of our sites. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety and security field. Responsibilities

<li>Implement safety and security policies and procedures</li>
<li>Hire, train, and supervise security personnel</li>
<li>Understand the security needs of the organization</li>
<li>Implement security procedures for specific events</li>
<li>Review incident reports created by security personnel</li>
<li>Resolve security breaches or incidents</li>
<li>others</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Security Team Lead or in a similar role</li>
<li>Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)</li>
<li>Understanding of best practices in security protocols</li>
<li>Experience with emergency response planning</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications</li>
<li>High level of integrity</li>
<li>Excellent leadership skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
