Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Leverage The Nickley Group’s proven systems, tools, and leads to grow your production and close more deals.
- Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and expert market knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members, marketing, and admin staff to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
- Commit to ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually elevate your skills and results.
