Primary Responsibilities
Private school teachers are responsible for a wide range of duties that extend beyond instruction. These responsibilities encompass instructional, student support, administrative, and extracurricular activities.
Instructional Duties
- Deliver and/or oversee engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Use creative and diverse teaching strategies to cater to various learning styles.
- Integrate technology, multimedia tools, and contemporary resources into classroom activities.
- Ensure alignment with the schools curriculum and academic standards.
- Assign and grade homework, projects, and examinations to assess student progress.
Student Support and Development
- Guide students to reach their academic and personal potential.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Collaborate with school staff, administration, and parents to address students' needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school initiatives.
- Adhere to the schools policies and regulations, including discipline procedures.

Educational Requirements
