About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and technically fluent IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of PAM’s Smart Navigation solutions. Smart Navigation & Digital Wayfinding.
Max Pay for this role is $46.88 per hour, on straight W2 employment. You must be within a reasonable commute distance to work onsite at FIFA in Coral Gables / Miami, Florida.
You will act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and global engineering teams, ensuring that digital maps are successfully implemented to guide thousands of visitors daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the deployment of Maps SaaS platform.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Waterfall methodologies, ensuring "go-live" dates align with major venue events.
Technical Implementation Coordination:
- Collaborate with solution architects to oversee the integration of the geospatial data layers into client ecosystems.
- Coordinate the configuration of the CMS.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for client IT and Operations teams, translating complex technical requirements into clear business value.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), Pentest and Performance test to verify navigation accuracy and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:3-5+ years of Project Management experience in IT, SaaS, or Digital Transformation.
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks) and API integrations. Do not need to code but must be able to converse confidently with developers about data flows.
Geospatial/Mapping Knowledge: Familiarity with mapping technologies (GIS, Mapbox, Google Maps Platform) is highly desirable.
Methodology: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent Agile/Scrum Master experience.
Onsite Requirement: Ability to be onsite at client venues in Miami for testing, deployment, and stakeholder meetings.
