We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a big part in keeping our front office running smoothly.

You’ll help support day-to-day front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and answering questions about billing and insurance. You’ll also work closely with patients to explain treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and clearly walk through costs and payment options.

Strong communication and organizational skills are key to helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for—while keeping the office running smoothly.

Requirements

• Must have experience in a dental office with knowledge of insurance policies
• Familiarity with dental practice management software, Open Dental preferred
• Ability to discuss treatment options with patients, ensuring they understand their care plan and options.
• Provide patients with detailed cost breakdowns, payment options, and insurance coverage
• Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• X-Ray certification preferred
