Full-Time Maintenance Technician / Handyman
Location: Bradenton, Florida
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour (higher based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends or holidays)
Employment Type: Full-Time, with Benefits & 401(k)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team full-time. This position involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and/or condominium properties located in Bradenton, Florida. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently to complete a wide variety of maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry.

• Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

• Communicate effectively with management and residents.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite (travel between sites is not required).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay $20.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
