A Fort Lauderdale Law Firm has an opening for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney.&nbsp;You will work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, and property management agreements. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.</li>
<li>Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.</li>
<li>Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process.</li>
<li>Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate investments and developments.</li>
</ul>
​​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>7+ years of commercial real estate experience</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal&nbsp;communication skills</li>
<li>Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing</li>
</ul>
