Seeking an entry level associate and an associate with 3+ years of experience. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct legal research</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda</li>
<li>Attend hearings, discovery conferences, and depositions</li>
<li>Review and analyze patent portfolios</li>
<li>Develop and implement legal strategies for clients</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to identify and achieve desired outcomes</li>
<li>Participate in trial preparation</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>J.D. degree from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Licensed to practice law in at least one state</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, for our patent and other intellectual property litigation practice. </li>
</ul>
