BWe are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager – Holiday Lighting to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Christmas and holiday lighting projects for residential and commercial clients. This role is critical to ensuring that installations are completed on time, within scope, and according to the highest quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and understands the operational challenges of outdoor work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage multiple holiday lighting projects from start to finish
- Coordinate installation crews, materials, and equipment across job sites
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, installers, and company management
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and resolve on-site issues
- Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and post-installation adjustments when needed
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in outdoor services, construction, or lighting installation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage teams in the field and maintain clear communication
- Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly
