<li>Medicare-friendly service to the patients</li>
<li>The group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only setting</li>
<li>You will work Monday-Friday</li>
<li>No hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding required</li>
<li>The shared phone call schedule is 1:10</li>
<li>Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site, robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience better</li>
<li>Small patient panel, which allows for amazing continuity of care</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation</strong>
<ul>
<li>Competitive salary ($250,000+) with strong sign-on</li>
<li>In the second year, there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonuses</li>
<li>These bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveys</li>
<li>Each physician also receives malpractice coverage, relocation, and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance</li>
