This role will lead a team of pool and beach attendants while ensuring seamless F&B operations in a dynamic, high-volume resort environment.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all pool and beach operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
• Oversee and train pool & beach attendants and service staff, fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence.
• Drive F&B service operations across pool and beach outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and implement service improvements.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to maintain inventory, scheduling, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support special events and activations at the pool and beach areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B leadership roles within luxury hospitality (resorts, hotels, or private clubs).
• Strong background in guest service management with an eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within F&B operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
