Tipo de Contrato:Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente
Horario:Turnos rotativos 2-2-3 (6 AM - 6 PM o 6 PM - 6 AM)

¿Qué harás en este puesto?
- Operar, montar y desmontar maquinaria de forma segura y eficiente.
- Detectar y resolver problemas técnicos durante la producción.
- Verificar que los productos cumplan con estándares de calidad (peso, textura, humedad, etc.).
- Preparar mezclas según las especificaciones del producto.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad (OSHA y políticas internas).
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa operando maquinaria (preferiblemente en la industria alimentaria).
- Capacidad para leer y usar una cinta métrica.
- Dominio del español (requisito indispensable).
- Actitud positiva, ganas de aprender y trabajar en equipo.

Salario competitivo:
- Turno nocturno: $16/hora (entrenamiento) → $17/hora (después).
- Operadores de mezcladora (turno nocturno): $16/hora.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
