```Overview```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Caregivers/Companions to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
```Responsibilities```
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social events
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Respect and uphold client rights and confidentiality
```Experience```
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus
- Ability to drive and provide transportation for clients
- Strong behavior management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of home care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques for different dietary needs
- Understanding of resident rights and dignity in senior care settings
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures
- Reliable transportation to the Brickell area
- Female is a must
