Our ideal candidate will support attorneys and staff in the firm by answering phones, processing mail and court pleadings, scanning documents, running Pacer/SCRA searches, assisting with client inquiries, and completing events in the client systems such as LPS / TEMPO / Noteflow /CaseAware.
Compensation- Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Opening files
- PACER and SCRA Searches
- Title commitments
- Pleadings
- E-Service
- Setting hearings
- Communicating with clients
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of recent foreclosure experience
- CaseAware / LPS / Tempo experience preferred
- Computer savvy
- Excellent writing and communication skills
