Job Title: Retail Sales & Tour Guide
Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $15.00/hr + (Commensurate with Experience, Education, and Skill Level)
Schedule: Up to 28 hours per week. Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tours: Conduct engaging, one-hour guided tours, explaining the butterfly life cycle and their environmental relationships.
- Guest Transactions: Facilitate Admissions and Gift Shop sales with a warm, welcoming presence and engaging demeanor.
- Operational Support: Assist with order processing, inventory management, and light cafe work as needed.
- Aviary Attendant: Serve as an attendant in our outdoor aviaries to ensure the safety of our guests and our delicate residents.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep the gift shop and guest areas welcoming, stocked, and organized.

- Clear Communicator: Comfortable public speaking and sharing educational information with enthusiasm.
- Reliability: Dependable and professional. Personal cell phones must be kept in lockers during work hours to ensure guest focus.
- Outdoor Comfort: Ability to work in all Florida weather conditions, as we are primarily an outdoor attraction.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends and holidays, our most active and rewarding days.
