Job Description

The Physical Therapist (PT) works with patients to improve their movement and manage their pain. • Define clear goals and expected outcomes for each patient plan.
  • Use manual therapy, stretching, exercises, and equipment to treat pain and mobility issues.
  • Provide care to increase mobility and prevent future pain or injury.
  • Record patient progress and update plans of care as needed.
  • Generate a detailed physical therapy evaluation within 48 hours of initial visit.
  • Safely and correctly use all facility modalities in a professional manner.
