Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves communicating with customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues proactively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and post-project evaluations.
- Data Management:
- Establish “Data Rules” to drive data accuracy and completeness. Put together an SOP.
- and communicate regularly on changes with the Regions, Sites, CRM team and IT.
- Key member of the Team to provide inputs for the creation of the Sales Operations
- Data Lake.
- Proactively work with the Regions to identify data gaps, and resolve them prior to the monthly loading of the data in the dashboards.
- Put together a scorecard to monitor data integrity at a Site and Region.
- Work with the non-SAP sites to get Monthly Revenue data to be loaded for the
- Revenue dashboard. Resolve data issues, if any.
- Monthly Project Management Report: Complete the deck ready for review within the first 8 working days of the month.
- At the end of each month’s call, do the following:
- Issue the follow-ups from the call.
- Summarize some of the key issues highlighted by the Regional Sales leaders,
- that require action/support.
- Monthly Pipeline review for Board- Put the report together with the insights within the 1st week of the month.
- Establish process to capture Backlog data.
- Leverage AI tools to simplify the process of getting the summaries.
- Ad hoc business analysis on a need basis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
- Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience in Manufacturing or Medical.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
