Job Description
Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is recruiting a Real Estate Associate to join a private real estate investment and operating firm based in Palm Beach, FL.
This is an opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial investment team focused on the revitalization and repositioning of prime real estate assets in strategic locations. The firm is vertically integrated, with in-house expertise across acquisitions, asset management, design, construction, and leasing — combining data-driven research with creative strategy to identify and execute high-value investment opportunities.
As a Real Estate Associate, you’ll be a key contributor to the firm’s acquisitions and underwriting efforts, supporting the full investment cycle from initial research through closing. You’ll evaluate opportunities, build financial models, prepare investment materials, and work directly with senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making across the portfolio. This is a highly visible role with exposure to every aspect of real estate investing, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property- and market-level research to support underwriting assumptions and investment decisions.
• Build detailed financial models to assess acquisition, development, and disposition opportunities.
• Prepare offering memorandums and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze third-party market data, competitor information, and operating performance to drive recommendations.
• Participate in due diligence, transaction support, and ongoing portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with senior principals on deal strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in real estate underwriting, investment, or development.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and operate effectively in a small-team setting.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
