We are seeking a professional, attentive, and service-oriented Male Spa Attendant to join our team.
Position Summary
The Male Spa Attendant is responsible for ensuring that spa facilities are immaculate, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times. This role involves assisting guests with amenities, maintaining a luxurious atmosphere, and supporting spa therapists to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to appropriate spa areas.
- Provide a high level of personalized service while maintaining professionalism.
- Assist guests with lockers, robes, slippers, towels, and other amenities.
- Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort throughout their visit.
Spa Facility Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms, wet areas, relaxation lounges, and locker rooms.
- Monitor and replenish spa supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and beverages.
- Ensure all equipment and amenities are in proper working order.
Operational Support
- Assist therapists with treatment room preparation and turnover.
- Maintain accurate stock levels for linens, cleaning products, and guest amenities.
- Follow sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols as per spa standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Gender Requirement: Male (due to guest service needs in male locker/wet areas).
- Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
- Physically able to lift and carry spa supplies (up to 30 lbs).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
