What You'll Be Doing:

  • Aggressively prospect, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities, from initial contact to close.
  • Become the expert on Miami's commercial market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and emerging development opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their investment goals and capital requirements to match them with suitable commercial properties.
  • Seamlessly handle residential sales and leasing transactions as needed, leveraging strong market knowledge across both asset classes.
  • Lead and manage complex negotiations, financing, and closing processes, ensuring smooth and successful transactions for all parties.
  • Expand your professional network through community engagement, industry events, and strategic partnerships to generate high-quality leads.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and deal statuses within our sales CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work effectively on-site in the Miami market, with a strong understanding of local dynamics.
  • Active and valid Real Estate Sales Agent license in the state of Florida.
  • Previous successful experience in real estate sales; commercial experience is a significant advantage.
  • A relentless drive to hit and exceed sales targets, coupled with exceptional cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Comfort with commercial real estate financial metrics, including Cap Rates, ROI, and valuation methods.
  • World-class verbal and written communication skills..
  • Proficiency with real estate software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
