A driven and resourceful EMT and Paramedic recruiter who brings a true go getter mindset to finding and engaging top clinical talent. They understand the full cycle of recruiting from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention, and they know how to move quickly without sacrificing quality. They are highly skilled in modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, with hands-on experience in (any) Paycom, UKG, and iCIMS etc.
Can only consider candidates that have recruited for EMT's and Paramedic's.
