We are growing in Miami and looking for bilingual (EN/ES) painters and drywall finishers who care about clean, quality work.
What You'll Do

<li>Prep surfaces; tape, mud, sand; prime and finish.</li>
<li>Cut-in, roll and spray finishes; match textures; minor drywall repairs.</li>
<li>Keep job sites organized; follow standard safety practices; coordinate with the crew lead.</li>
<li>Use Connecteam (ERP app) on your phone to receive tasks, checklists and timekeeping.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>1+ year of painting/drywall experience (residential or light commercial).</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish (required).</li>
<li>Reliable transportation across Miami (ZIP 33128 area and nearby).</li>
<li>Comfortable using the Connecteam mobile app; dependable; team mindset.</li>
