Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated, licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position for the 20252026 school year in Jacksonville, Florida.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full time, MF (exact daily hours determined with district)

• Caseload: K12 students (caseload and sites assigned based on need)

• Location: Onsite, in-person services within Jacksonville-area schools

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams

• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Florida SLP License (or eligibility before start date)

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
