We are seeking a qualified and dependable Experienced HVAC Technician to support the maintenance and operations of our facility's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance, comfort, and energy efficiency in a high-rise condominium/community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers, heat pumps, rooftop units, split systems, exhaust fans, and cooling towers
  

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related components
  

• Replace or repair motors, compressors, coils, thermostats, sensors, belts, filters, and other parts
  

• Monitor building systems using control panels or BAS/BMS (Building Automation Systems)
  

• Maintain refrigerant logs and ensure compliance with EPA and safety standards
  

• Assist with seasonal system start-ups and shutdowns
  

• Identify areas for improved energy efficiency or system upgrades
  

• Respond to HVAC-related service calls and emergencies in a timely manner
  

• Keep detailed records of work completed, time spent, and parts used
  

• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and maintenance team to support overall property operations
  

Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE
