Quality Control - QC/QA Associate
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $17-$18 /hr DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 1+ years

Quality Control Job Duties and Requirements include:
- Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Document and report quality control findings, including any defects or non-conformances
- Perform routine testing and measurements using various quality control equipment and instruments
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures during quality assessments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and processes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns
Quality Control Job Duties and Requirements include:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality standards and procedures
