Job Description

We are looking for a dependable person to join our team.

The position is for 3rd shift 12am-8am.

We are a small quaint hotel, pet friendly, 34 rooms.

SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY

This shift is NOT flexable!!
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Register walk-in guests (collecting necessary information like contact details and exact dates of their stay, billing address)
Process payments
Welcome guests upon their arrival/departure should they arrive/depart early
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Make Waffle batter
Make Grits on weekends
Setup breakfast in the morning
Remove trash from hallways and common area
Keep Lobby bathroom, kitchen and common areas clean and maintained

Skills

Be able to follow simple directions
Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and Expedia.
Customer service attitude
Communication and organizational skills
Be helpful to guests
Clean, neat appearance
Common sense, ability to think for yourself

No drugs or alcohol, heavy cigarette smokers
