Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize office furniture installation projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and specifications.
- Manage and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, challenges, and completions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in office furniture or similar installation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Budget management and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of furniture installation tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
