Clearwater law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in family law. Position responsibility includes all aspects of handling family law cases from inception to settlement and/or trial. Must have ability to draft pleadings, answer and propound discovery, analyze and organize discovery and mandatory disclosure documents, communicate with clients and experts, schedule hearings, e-file documents, and prepare attorney for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Proficiency in Word, Excel and DPA is required. No cost for health, dental, vision insurance to employee.
Seeking a highly motivated and positive individual who is professional, has good communication skills and is able to work independently.
Hours are Monday Friday 8:30 to 5:00.
