We are seeking a motivated and reliable Artificial Turf Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation of synthetic turf systems, including site preparation, base installation, turf layout, and finishing work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by grading, compacting, and leveling surfaces.
• Install base materials, edging, and turf rolls according to project specifications.
• Cut, seam, and secure artificial turf with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely (e.g., compactors, cutters, utility knives).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a crew to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• must be able to operate equipment - mini skid steer

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, turf installation, construction, or related field preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
