Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney on behalf of our client, a leading law firm with offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance transactions, and securities law compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.

• Provide strategic guidance on complex corporate structuring and regulatory issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and execute high-value transactions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in M&A, fund formation, finance, or securities.

• Admitted to the bar in one of the following states: Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranging from $240,000 to $315,000, commensurate with experience.
