Position Overview
The BCBA Therapist conducts behavioral assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides ABA therapy to support the development and well-being of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
Train and supervise behavior technicians.
Collaborate with families and educators.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential.
Masters degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
2+ years of clinical experience in ABA.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000
Bonus or Variable Pay: Productivity bonus
