Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
\n• Handle daily caseload of 20-30 patients per tech
\n• Weekend coverage required
\n• On-call duties required: 8-10 call days per month with one Saturday work per month
\n• 30-minute response time required for call-backs with on-call sleep rooms available
\n• Must have 1+ years of experience with vascular experience required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Florida license
\n• Required skills: PACS, Contrast, Biopsies, Stents, Ablations, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Nephogram, Kyphoplasty, Peripherals, Upper and Lower extremity, Abd and Pelvic, Vascular studies, Neurological studies, Stroke thrombectomy IR experience
\n• Cerner EMR experience preferred
\n• Work with 4 procedure rooms (3 have biplane, 3 Siemens and 1 GE)
\n• Treat variety of cases including stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy & thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures
\n• Dress code: Black or Navy scrubs
\n• Must live at least 100 miles from facility due to radius rule
\n• Guaranteed hours apply after first call off per pay period

This healthcare facility is a short-term acute care hospital with 615 staffed beds, designated as a Level II Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma center. The interventional radiology department features state-of-the-art equipment and handles a comprehensive range of complex procedures including stroke interventions, neurointerventions, thrombectomy procedures, pain management, and oncology treatments. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes advanced imaging technology to support diverse interventional radiology services.
