NOW HIRING — LICENSED AESTHETICIAN (W-2)
Location: Delray Beach, FL (Primal Integrative Health Group — Primal Aesthetics)

✨ What You’ll Do
Perform professional aesthetic services (custom facials, dermaplaning, peels, wraps, body treatments).
* Perform POISE women’s intimate wellness services (training provided).
* Deliver and upsell Smart-Cryo Body Contouring; create treatment plans and memberships.
* Conduct consultations, recommend home care, document services, and provide a 5-star client experience.
✅ Ideal Candidate
+ Active Florida Facial Specialist (Esthetician) license (DBPR) or Full Specialist.
+ Polished communicator; confident with consultative sales and follow-up.
+ Reliable, detail-oriented; evening/weekend availability a plus.
+ Prior spa/med-spa experience preferred; strong new grads welcome.
Employment
W-2 (full-time or part-time).
Paid brand/device training + ongoing mentorship.
Compensation
$25/hour for booked service time + 5% commission on eligible services, packages/memberships, and retail.
Performance bonuses for monthly targets may be offered.
