The Role
As General Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a growing team, and drive business performance in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in operations, sales, and team management who thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, office staff, and sales personnel.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Manage P&L for the Orlando branch, driving profitability and efficiency.

Implement growth strategies, including sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Monitor KPIs, set performance goals, and hold the team accountable.

Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in HVAC, home services, or a related industry.
