- Lead and motivate a team of technicians throughout daily service routes
- Ensure equipment is loaded, organized, and properly maintained
- Uphold Fresh Frames’ luxury-level service standards at every job
- Communicate with management and report daily performance
- Create a positive, accountable team environment
- Help drive customer satisfaction, productivity, and route completion

- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
