A condo on Longboat Key is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations and long-term planning for our established condominium community. The ideal candidate is a licensed CAM—or eligible to become licensed within 30 days of hire—with a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage staff, vendors, and community needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the condominium property, including maintenance, vendor management, and resident engagement
- Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Coordinate property repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and resident satisfaction
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and service providers
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the effective and efficient operation of the property
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management (condominium or HOA preferred)
- Current Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) license, similar certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in supervising and developing staff

- Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance
