Property Size: 19 rooms (hotel rooms + apartments)
Operations: Lodging only (no restaurant, no bar)
WEDNESDAY (alternates with the other staff weekly), THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY

Core Objective (this is the heart of the role)
To run daily hotel operations , keep the property calm and organized, and reduce owner involvement, not increase it
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest communication (in-person, phone, messaging platforms)
- Resolve guest issues calmly and decisively
- Enforce hotel policies (late checkout fees, parking rules, quiet hours, etc.)
- Coordinate room readiness with housekeeping
Site & Operations Management
- Open and close the property as scheduled
- Oversee daily cleanliness and presentation of rooms and common areas
- Coordinate cleaner scheduling based on actual occupancy
- Report maintenance issues promptly and track resolution
- Ensure supplies are stocked (linens, amenities, essentials)
Key expectation:
The property runs smoothly even when the owner is not on site.
