We are looking for an experienced Instructor/HRIS & Employee Central Implementation Trainer to join our team in Naples, Florida for a 6-month contractor position. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week!
In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in developing and delivering comprehensive training content for HR systems and processes. This role requires a strong background in instructional design and technical writing, along with the ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly training materials.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop e-learning modules, system walkthroughs, and job aids using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Facilitate one-on-one training sessions with HR workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation in collaboration with HR subject matter experts.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of training materials, ensuring they meet organizational standards and are ready for deployment.
• Conduct role mapping analysis and align training activities with employee roles and responsibilities.
• Track and update training content as processes evolve, ensuring all materials remain accurate and relevant.
• Present weekly status updates and training deliverables to project teams and leadership.
• Coordinate the review and approval processes for training documentation and materials.
• Develop and maintain training repositories using tools like SharePoint Online.
• Perform Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare internal trainers for future training initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proven experience in instructional design with expertise in creating modules and training materials.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or SAP Enable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in developing and reviewing training materials.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online for creating and managing training repositories.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central systems is preferred or other experience with different systems within HR.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR subject matter experts and project leads.
