National Law Firm seeking a Real Esate Paralegal to join their team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>3+ years experience working in real estate law</li>
<li>Experience out of a mid to large sized law firm preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree</li>
</ul>
 SUMMARY: The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal collects, analyzes, organizes and maintains factual information and documents in accordance with correct legal practice and procedure. Must be able to handle a moderate volume of commercial real estate loan documentation and closings (25-30) from contract to close and developer closings. Will order title, prepare title objection letters, work with title companies to order, and clear title and B-1 requirements. Will be responsible for lien searches, survey review, estoppel letters, and zoning. Will prepare preliminary CD/Closing Statements and interact with buyer’s lender. Will communicate with clients in resolving title, lien, estoppel, and survey issues, complete all processing duties for timely closings, and calculate and calendar critical dates and proactively request extensions. Will prepare all documents for an organized and timely closing. Will perform E-recordings, title policies, and delivery of relevant documents to all parties in a timely fashion. &nbsp;
