Job Description:
The IT Manager, Infrastructure Services, will be responsible for IT workflow management across all areas of IT Operations, including incident and problem management, troubleshoot, change management, service requests, lifecycle and asset management, configuration management. The individual will be responsible for maximizing the utilization of technology and available resources to achieve financial expectations.
This individual will be responsible for data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, business applications and databases.
This position requires close partnership with the COO, and CEO to plan, design, support, and operate the IT Infrastructure in a secure and efficient manner to meet the continuously changing demands of the businesses.
This is a hands-on position on-site.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with COO and Information Technology professionals to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly.
- Account for project challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources, and scope.
- Project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions.
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates.
- Research emerging technology, competitive threats, deficiencies, and industry and market trends to assist in product development and/or operational support activities. Assist in developing technology recommendations, based on business relevance, appropriate timing and deployment complexity.
- Prepare plans for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements.
- Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance with Data Center standards and Compliance.
- Administer installation and maintenance of organization data center.
- Monitor all activities related to analysis and deployment of applications.
- Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
- Perform troubleshoot on data center, identify issues, and assist in timely resolution of same.
- Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and management practices for employees.
- Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure.
- Coordinate with IT, enhancement and business teams and develop strategies to ensure the achievement of data center capacity.
- Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and their use on systems for various critical systems.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide an optimal level of customer services for various departments.
- Maintain effective professional relationships with IT relationship managers.
- Maintain expert knowledge on all business procedures associated with assets and capacity.
- Monitor all functional resources required for growth and ensure appropriate working.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure with time restraints
- Ability to adapt to new technology\solutions in a timely manner
- Strong leadership, communications (oral & written), organizational and delegation skills
