Peace Love Med Aesthetic Rejuvenation is looking for a high energy and experienced Medical Assistant (MA) with great bedside many manner who holds a current Florida license in good standing.

Aesthetic experience is a requirement.

A great fit would be a hard working and determined team player with training, experience and a passion for the aesthetics field.

Outstanding customer service and sales skills as well as the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about procedures and treatments to attain desired goals.

The Medical Assistant (MA) position is responsible for providing care for the comfort and well-being of Peace Love Med's Clients and assisting injector so that they may be more efficient.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Prepare the treatment room for the patient as well as taking care to ensure medical charts are pulled and filed accurately.
• Order and stock medical supplies.
• Collaborate with content creation/digital marketing assignments.
• Assist and perform related tasks as directed by injector.
• Clean and sterilize treatment room and equipment, and maintains stock of supplies and medications.
• Perform front office duties which include: check-in/check-out patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, faxing, emailing, return patient calls, and other duties as assigned. Other special projects or tasks as assigned.

• Maintain a high level standard of service
• Maintain a clean and organized working space
• Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care at all times
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for treatments through proper documentation.
• Professional appearance reflecting industry

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Florida State License with the Department of Health must be current and in good standing
• High energy and customer service skills
• Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & services
